How to Transition
At our website, under Blog, or FAQ you can read about how to make the change from normal feeding to raw feeding and things you need to know about raw feeding in general, there is plenty of help available.
Arrives with you frozen, please put the meals straight into your freezer.
We recommend you order multiple protein sources and not just stick with one type.
How to Feed
The night before, take out one 500g container from the freezer and put it into your fridge to defrost. Never leave it out overnight at room temperature. Our food containers are leakproof and perfect to add straight into your freezer. Then simply put the food out for your dog, some may prefer to leave it at room temperature for 15 mins before serving.
Food will last 4 days in your fridge.
How to store and handle raw food.
Wash the pet’s bowls after every meal, in very hot water/dishwasher.
Wash your hands after handling raw dog food
Clean worktops, utensils, all surfaces, and spills, using hot soapy water, if you use cloths, wash them in a very hot wash.
Remember this is no different from how you deal with raw meat juices in your kitchen at home, it has all the same risks.

When your frozen Ooddles Raw Delivery Arrives
You will have a DHL tracking number so you will know what time it is arriving.
When it arrives at your home, unpack the box and put it straight in the freezer. You can then take one 500g container of food and let it defrost in the fridge. Store it in the fridge as you do with normal raw meat. It will last in your fridge for 4 days after being defrosted. Please ensure you put it at the bottom of your fridge. Our containers are leakproof with a solid lid.
If the food has partially defrosted by the time you are ready to put it in the freezer, you can refreeze it safely as long as the food is still at 4c or below, ie cold to touch.
We hold all our meals at -18c for at least 6 days before shipping.
We ship using Woolcool and ice packs, which means our frozen parcels are good in transit for up to 72 hours.

Orders placed on Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs before 2.30 pm/3pm, are dispatched the same day and arrive the next day via DHL with full tracking.
Orders placed on Fri, Sat, or Sun, are dispatched on Mondays and arrive the next day, DHL with full tracking.
If you want to request a certain day, please place your order and email us at [email protected] with your date or there is a panel at checkout for you to add any notes to your order. The same applies if you wish to order using bundle offers but need to change some meals.

Puppy Feeding Guide
A puppy should be fed small and regular amounts, so feeding three times a day for under 6 months of age is recommended.
Growth is a very energy-demanding period with the requirement for calories at a peak when first born and gradually reducing until the dog is fully grown.
With such a huge variety of breed sizes becoming fully grown can happen anywhere between 9 months and 18 months of age. To help you feed your puppy accurately through this phase we have set out the following guidelines
1st. you need to estimate your puppies’ adult weight, this can be based on average breed size or a growth curve found easily online.
2nd find the stage of growth your puppy is at in comparison to its adult weight.
Less than 50% of adult weight, 50-80% of adult weight or more than 80% of adult weight.
