Chicken 50%, pork 20%, beef powder, minerals, cheese powder 3%.

Protein 20.8%, Oil 20.1%, Fibre 0.9%, Ash 5.9%, Moisture 18.2%

Beef & Vegetable Sticks

80% Beef, 20% vegetables

Crude Protein 27.5%, Crude Oils & Fats 5.7%, Crude Fibres 0.0%, Crude Ash 62.4%

Feeding/Storage

How many to feed per day is down to the owner's discretion, can also be broken easily into smaller pieces. Always have water available when giving treats.  

Feed on a surface that will not stain.

Delivery

DPD courier service, with full tracking.
90% of our orders arrive on a next day service, however If you are in remote part of UK, Northern Island or the Islands, it is a two-day service.
 
Orders over £75 is free delivery, under £75 there is a charge of £5.95.  Remote areas of the Uk has an additional cost.

Orders placed before 2.30pm on Mon, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, leave us same day.
 
Orders placed on Thursday after 2.00pm, Fridays, Saturday and Sundays, leave us on Monday. At busy times, we do sometimes ship on Sundays.
 
Any frozen goods are good in transit (due to our packaging) for 72 hours.  The rule of thumb on frozen items is below: -
 
 1. If your food is cold to touch but started to defrost, please freeze.
 2. If your food is warm and fully defrosted (very unusual) please contact us for replacement and send a video of defrosted meals as this means a claim to the courier.
 
Our couriers will send you tracking with a one-hour window slot, also you can ask them to leave in a safe place or change the delivery time, this is all done between you and the courier service via DPD app. Please note frozen goods have to be left and cannot be undelivered, so it is important to state a safe place on the DPD App.
