How To Use

Use the door that leads outside where your dog goes to the toilet.

To start with, when you open the door to let your dog out, ring the bells yourself, let your dog see you do this and show him.

Keep doing this and your dog will soon learn to paw the bells to ask to go out 

No more barking, or door scratching, just the bells.

The bells are easy to clean, the fabric is polyester and easily wipable.

 Use a set at each door if you use more than one door. If you go away in a caravan or have a 2nd home, have a set there as well.

Great for caravans and holiday homes as well, keep the same system wherever you are with your dog.

90% of our orders arrive on a next day service, however If you are in remote part of UK, Northern Island or the Islands, it is a two-day service.
 
Orders over £75 is free delivery, under £75 there is a charge of £5.95.  Remote areas of the Uk has an additional cost.
 
 Please note our shipping days and service.
 
Orders placed before 2.30pm on Mon, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, leave us same day.
 
Orders placed on Thursday after 2.00pm, Fridays, Saturday and Sundays, leave us on Monday. At busy times, we do sometimes ship on Sundays.
 
Any frozen goods are good in transit (due to our packaging) for 72 hours.  The rule of thumb on frozen items is below: -
 
 1. If your food is cold to touch but started to defrost, please freeze.
 2. If your food is warm and fully defrosted (very unusual) please contact us for replacement and send a video of defrosted meals as this means a claim to the courier.
 
Our couriers will send you tracking with a one-hour window slot, also you can ask them to leave in a safe place or change the delivery time, this is all done between you and the courier service via DPD app. Please note frozen goods have to be left and cannot be undelivered, so it is important to state a safe place on the DPD App.
