The formulation of Raw Complete Supplement is created as a superior nutritional supplement that helps complete a basic 80:10:10 diet allowing you to feed these diets consistently with peace of mind that your dog is receiving the nutrients it deserves. The supplement RAW COMPLETE brings up the 80:10:10 diet to meet FEDIAF guidelines but also, in addition, looks beyond this and optimizes the diet with antioxidants and superfoods.

There are two terms you should see on raw pet food labels, they are there to protect your dog and to inform you of how suitable a diet is to be fed long term.

Complete Raw Food  - conforms to industry guidelines set out by a regulatory body, such as FEDIAF.  These guidelines lay out a minimum and maximum of essential nutrients for our dogs, much like the recommended allowance we are familiar with in our own foods. 

Complementary Raw Food  - doesn’t meet these guidelines and falls short of minimum or exceeds maximum allowance making that recipe unsuitable for long-term feeding. Dogs on these diets present commonly with skin and digestive symptoms amongst other things.

Feeding/Storage

How To Use Raw Complete

Suitable for all breeds of dogs, age 6 months upwards.

Comes with a free measure scoop.

The feeding guide is based on you feeding raw between 2-3% of your body weight.

Store in a cool dry place

Not suitable for lactating dogs

Sprinkle/Mix into your dog’s raw food once a day.

Below 5kg - 0.5g per day

5 kg dog - 1g per day 

10 kg dog - 2g per day

25kg dog - 5g per day 

50 kg dog - 10g per day

When you raw feed, we always recommend feeding a variety of proteins.

Example Cocker Spaniel Size and Average Weight - you would have approx 85 feeds out of a 250g bag of Raw Complete.  The average Cost per feed is 0.24p per day.

Delivery

DPD courier service, with full tracking.
90% of our orders arrive on a next day service, however If you are in remote part of UK, Northern Island or the Islands, it is a two-day service.
 
Orders over £75 is free delivery, under £75 there is a charge of £5.95.  Remote areas of the Uk has an additional cost.
 
 Please note our shipping days and service.
 
Orders placed before 2.30pm on Mon, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, leave us same day.
 
Orders placed on Thursday after 2.00pm, Fridays, Saturday and Sundays, leave us on Monday. At busy times, we do sometimes ship on Sundays.
 
Any frozen goods are good in transit (due to our packaging) for 72 hours.  The rule of thumb on frozen items is below: -
 
 1. If your food is cold to touch but started to defrost, please freeze.
 2. If your food is warm and fully defrosted (very unusual) please contact us for replacement and send a video of defrosted meals as this means a claim to the courier.
 
Our couriers will send you tracking with a one-hour window slot, also you can ask them to leave in a safe place or change the delivery time, this is all done between you and the courier service via DPD app. Please note frozen goods have to be left and cannot be undelivered, so it is important to state a safe place on the DPD App.
