About Ooddles Frozen Parcels

Using Woolcool allows our parcels to be safe in transit for 72 hours. This lining wraps around all the frozen meals and keeps them frozen in transit.

Please note the below :-

If your food arrives and has started to thaw, but cold to touch, it is fine to freeze.

If your food arrives and all warm and fully defrosted it is not fine to use. This is very very rare due to our packaging.
